We have our own garment manufacturing unit in Tirupur for Sales Samples and small quantities of boutique fashion. Capable of producing Fashion crew neck T Shirts, Polo Shirts, Bags and etc. as per the buyer design.
Our team is fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam local languages and has been merchandising for over 15+ years will coordinate with our European Buyers, Designers, Garment Technician and local Manufacturer to Create & Develop Proto Samples|Fit Samples|Sales Man Samples |Different types of Print and Embroidery strike offs |Garment Washes | Embellishments and etc. with a clear Price Idea for each option, Limitation & Feasibility with realistic lead time so that the buyer can take the decision immediately for production.
Our Production Merchandisers are responsible for setting up the products from the initial stage of production until dispatch. Each order is closely monitored from sampling stage to shipment with weekly production status updates to the clients / warehouse.
We have a team of efficient and dedicated quality auditors who are assigned to factories where the order is running to ensure that goods being shipped are as per customer standards. This system ensure and enables us to supply products as high quality as committed to our customers.
This Quality team is headed by our senior Technician who has 20 plus years of experience in handling leading European fashion brands. He ensure customer’s requirement and he have been actively involved from Development to the Final shipment. His main focus is Product Risk Analysis and coordinates with all the stake holders like Buyers, Designers, Fit Technicians and Quality Assurance team at factories.
Our logistics team coordinates with shipping Forwarder to ensure a smooth transition of Goods from Factories to the Customer's warehouses. They Ensure the Cargo and Documents reach in time.
